I am a part time employee there. But I will say, we do what we are allowed, to try and satisfy each and every customer. Providing a friendly, fun and especially a knowledgeable, professional environment for anyone/everyone to experience. Our main concern/goal is to provide the customers the products they need with a friendly, cost efficient, knowledgeable, professional and satisfactory visit. Our new manager is going to be the first to see that you are satisfied with your visit and may even be the one to assist in getting what you might need. So, with that said, even though I'm employed there, I would highly recommend this Parts store to all the locals and out-of-town visitors. As I was a customer way before I was an employee and I kept coming back.

Rep was nice but was unable to replace my battery due to them only having two people in the store.. sadly this was the second one I went to in the same day to see if they would.. this was also the main reason I went to O'Reilly vs any other... just figured i would let others know that if there understaffed ... as they called it they wont be doing it.
