We were 20 minutes early for our appointment and rewarded with a hour long wait past our appointment time. When they are scheduling a possible all day procedure, I find it unfair to have to wait an additional hour before getting started.
I was also concerned that every patient was required to wear a name tag on their shirt with their birthday on it. These name tags were taped to the computer monitors of the receptionists desk in plain view for anyone to see. I believe these to be HIPAA violations.
There are also no comfortable accommodations for patients to sit and wait after they have gaping holes cut open on their bodies. Patients are asked to go back into the lobby while the tissues are tested before either bringing the patient back to close up or cut off more tissue. And those patients have to stand up against the wall while they wait.
The waiting area is TINY and not ADA compliant. It is not accessible for individuals with walkers or wheelchairs. Especially when they're at full capacity. The majority of patients waiting were over 60 years old and people were standing against the only available wall due to no seating. There was seating available for 21 people. Most people's living rooms are bigger than the waiting room at this location.

My husband didn't have insurance and his physician here did all she could with the treatments that the clinic had available. When they didn't work, she got him approved for a medication for his problem thru the state. They TRULY care for their patients and their well being.
These physicians are the greatest!!!!! The staff as well as the physicians are very courteous, concerned, respectful, and well educated. They explain procedures throughly and will go out of their way for their patients.
No interpreter for the hearing impaired was given for the appointment. And the only person who could communicate for the patient was asked to leave the room, leaving the patient with no way to communicate if there was an issue with the procedure.
