Food was very good quality for the price but everytime i go in there the customer service is rude & i have never seen anyone smile or act friendly to customers or feel like your business was appreciated.
I only ordered fries, which I love Hardee's fries. Got to the window and the girl was RUDE!!!! I told her never mind just give me my debit card back. And she swiped it anyways. I never signed anything and told her not to swipe it. She was completely disrespectful and her manager was standing right there. I asked to talk to a manager and she said that there was nothing wrong with what the girl said. I left and called corporate which u never know if they even do anything about it. Then about 10 minutes later Hardee's showed up on my bank app for double what fries would cost. I called the restaurant and she said I would have to come back but I live 20 miles away. So I called corporate again and they said they had no way to refund my money I would have to go back. I didn't go back and was never refunded my money!!!! What if u lived out of state or on vacation and they messed something up???
Ordering food was fast and easy. The place could use someone to dedicate themselves to just clean the tables and the soda machine.
Great Food, good pricing, they honor Veterans, they embarrass McD across the street--- however, the customer service has gotten a bit iffy since the first couple of months after opening.
Awful everytime I go in there or drive thru they get my order wrong..it never fails!! Food is descent..Service is ok!
