Do not take your pet to this vet!! Dr. Hicks killed my mothers Dog last week. He was carried to her for a second opinion about prostate gland before having it removed in a week. He did not have cancer, just swollen glands. Dr. hicks was told by my step father that carried him to the appointment he was on antibiotics and she gave him a shot of penicillin anyway knowing he was already taking antibiotics by mouth. Needless to say my mother lost her precious baby 1.5 hours after leaving this office. An autopsy has been done and we are waiting on the results to come back. When my mother went to the office to confront Dr. Hicks she rolled her eyes and had no remorse what so ever!! Horrible Doctor!! Please do not take you beloved pet here!!
I called to get my dog seen because she had bloody diarea for not even a day but but they would not see her sadly to say she passed away the same day they turned me down.
Today was my first visit to Dr Hicks. She was very professional and very caring of my sick dog!! I will definitely go back and recommend to anyone needing a vet.
