I bought a Jeep from Hawk's and transmission went out after 3 months of driving. Mechanic said it had been doctored to keep running. Hawk's said it was my problem. When they pulled the transmission they show me a rusted out frame and that I need to get that fix too. Frame had been filled with newspaper coated with rubber and painted black. Buyer beware.
The associates there are extremely polite and knowledgeable but...I've tried several times to get them to do business with me and every time I've tried I've been told "I've already got it sold, they're picking it up tomorrow." I would like to have given them 5 stars but I don't think it's appropriate at this particular time. I don't know, maybe they just don't want to do business with me. ??????
