Very rude and unprofessional
It took them a week to repair a hose.After the hose repair which cost us no less then $480. We took it home to find that the vehicle still had the exact same issue, against my better judgement we took it back. They indeed replaced the pump this time for an additional $498. Finally the power steering is fixed.
Purchased a truck late December, waited to get the remote key for 6 weeks. The salesman decided a regular key is all that I'm getting. They do not return calls when a problem exists, they do not respond to emails, all 5 Langley's ignored my emails. You might want to choose another dealership if this is how they treat a customer.
Recently I went with my Grandfather to Gene Langley Ford in Humboldt, TN to have his truck fixed. When I arrived I explained the issue to the service department, the vehicle was no longer turning with the assistance of the power steering. When turned left or right, it made a lot of racket. Immediately we knew it was the power steering pump. However they called back to explain it was a hose and it was leaking PS fluid, news to us since there were absolutely no signs of a leak in the driveway or smoke when driving.
With all this said, I gave an extra star for them being courteous to their customers. However they have lost a customer for good in my family. I truly believe we were ripped off on the first repair and price gouged on the second. What a shame to treat a 93 year old man in such a manner.
We purchased a classic car recently. Being 49 years old, it had a couple of issues in spite of the restoration. I wanted everything fixed at no charge before it was shipped. Initially, I got some resistance, but eventually, they agreed to fix all defects. The car was picked up the same day as completed and arrived in IL in great shape. The entire staff was great to deal with. Special mention goes to Corey and Charlie. They were both great!!
